This magnificent temple is located approximately 15 kilometers away from Kullu on the banks of the River Beas. It is built in a pyramid style and houses a large "Yoni-Lingam" idol representing Lord Shiva and his wife Goddess Parvati. The history of this majestic temple dates back to the 9th century AD and is famous for its intricate stone carvings. One can also see the idols of other Hindu deities like Lord Vishnu, Ganesha, Durga, and Laxmi are housed inside the temple and the Ganesha idol is placed in a three-sided shrine outside the temple. This huge temple, which is located in a small village called Bajura, is built in a pyramid style.
